Governance
OpenMotion is utilising a blockchain based governance standard which ensures transparency, efficiency, and inclusive participation from all stakeholders in the ecosystem. OpenMotion governance is redefining how animation projects get made in an open global animation industry.
OpenMotion will implement a new level of audience engagement coupled with the Web3 movement and $AMNE tokens holders will have an option to play an important role in the success of their favourite animation creators.
On the OpenMotion platform, every animation project can initiate voting sessions where fans can vote in voting pools launched by animation creators or studios. To be involved in such voting campaigns participants have to show their support by staking $ANME tokens, sharing the project across the social media world, rating and reviewing projects and interacting with projects. The OpenMotion DAO will facilitate member growth, business adoption, and the expansion of decentralized finance to better serve the entertainment community.
Moreover, the community of OpenMotion will be entitled to share the strategic vision of the OpenMotion platform itself by creating new utility cases for tokens (e.g. burning or buy-back mechanism of the $ANME token) or voting for new desired features in the ecosystem.
The voting algorithm is designed to achieve fairness and looks at not only total $ANME held, but also the user’s reputation and other factors to determine the weight of a vote.
Governance utilities will allow Creators to build a more close and meaningful connection with their target audience. The way how voting works in OpenMotion platform is working as an iterated feedback loop that helps animation creators to perceive the real audience needs and incorporate them in exclusive quality content.
